Invoicing and Payment Terms:
Billing: All invoices will be issued through our corporate entity, Internet Service Agency, via our Chase business account.
Billing Cycle: We operate on a month-to-month basis, with invoices generated for the upcoming month of service.
Invoice Distribution: Invoices are sent on the first day of each month.
Payment Due Date: Full payment is due by the third day of each month.
Late Payment Penalty: A late fee equal to 50% of the monthly invoice will be assessed for payments received after the due date.
Late Payment Procedure: a. Upon late payment, a second invoice including the late fee will be issued. b. This invoice is due immediately upon receipt.
Account Suspension: Failure to remit payment by the 15th of the month will result in immediate account closure.
Account Reinstatement: To reactivate a closed account: a. All outstanding fees, including late charges, must be paid. b. Standard setup fees will be reapplied. c. A new invoice combining all charges will be issued. d. Service will resume only after full payment of this invoice.
We reserve the right to withhold services until all outstanding balances are settled.
GBP Setup
$250 Setup + $750 one time, per GBP
We charge the $750 per GBP only if they are ordered at the same time. Our service includes the professional setup and optimization of your Google Business Profile. We employ industry best practices to ensure your profile is correctly configured for maximum visibility and effectiveness. Upon completion, we transfer full control of the profile to you. Additionally, we provide comprehensive instructions on how to secure your profile, including steps to restrict access for our team and any other unauthorized parties. $250 Setup + $850 one time Per GBP then $750 per GBP additional for every GBP ordered at the same time.
